Refund Policy

At Wabi Tech, we want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting one.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your request and your course engagement. We offer different refund windows based on course type and circumstances.
2. Standard Refund Window
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For all courses, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- You have accessed less than 30% of the course content
- You have not downloaded any course certificates
- You have not completed any graded assignments or projects
- The request is made within 14 calendar days of the purchase date
After 14 Days
Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds after this period are granted only in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Significant technical issues preventing course access that we cannot resolve
- Material course content discrepancies from what was advertised
- Medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances (documentation may be required)
3. Bootcamp and Cohort-Based Courses
For our intensive bootcamp programs (such as the AI Foundations Bootcamp):
Before Course Start
Full refund available if you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the official course start date.
Within First Week
You may request a full refund within the first 7 days of the course start date if you have attended fewer than 2 live sessions and have not submitted any assignments.
After First Week
Refunds are not available after the first week of the bootcamp, except in cases of documented medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances. In such cases, a prorated refund based on content accessed may be considered.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Courses purchased during promotional sales (unless required by law)
- Individual mentorship sessions already completed
- Certificates that have been issued and downloaded
- Third-party services or materials purchased through our platform
- Processing fees charged by payment processors
- Courses where the full refund window has expired and no exceptional circumstances apply
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Us
Send a refund request to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your full name and email address associated with your account
- Course name and purchase date
- Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documentation (if applicable)
Step 2: Review Process
We will review your request within 5 business days. We may contact you for additional information or clarification.
Step 3: Decision Notification
You will receive an email with our decision. If approved, we will provide details about the refund amount and processing timeline.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved and processed:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days depending on your bank
Please note that we cannot control the exact timing once the refund has been processed on our end. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your financial institution first before reaching out to us.
7. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, we may offer a partial refund:
- If you've accessed a significant portion of the course content but have exceptional circumstances
- If there were technical issues that affected part of your learning experience
- If you're switching to a different course at Wabi Tech
Partial refund amounts will be calculated based on the percentage of content accessed and the specific circumstances of your case.
8. Course Access After Refund
Once a refund is approved and processed:
- Your access to the course will be immediately revoked
- Any certificates issued will be invalidated
- You will no longer have access to course materials, forums, or support
- Any downloaded materials must be deleted
If you wish to re-enroll in the future, you will need to purchase the course again at the current price.
9. Technical Issues
If you're experiencing technical difficulties accessing course content:
- Contact our technical support team at [email protected] before requesting a refund
- We will work with you to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If we cannot resolve the technical problem, you will be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard refund window
10. Cancelled or Discontinued Courses
If Wabi Tech cancels or discontinues a course:
- You will receive a full refund automatically if the cancellation occurs before the course starts
- If a course is discontinued mid-way, you will receive a prorated refund based on content not delivered
- We will provide at least 30 days' notice for any course discontinuation when possible
- You may be offered the option to transfer to a similar course at no additional cost
11. Violations of Terms of Service
If your account is terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions, you will not be eligible for any refund. This includes but is not limited to:
- Sharing account credentials
- Distributing course materials
- Engaging in abusive or harassing behavior
- Fraudulent activity
12. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your financial institution without first contacting us:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
- We may provide evidence to your financial institution that the service was delivered as described
- Successful chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
- We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues
13. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your purchase is governed by the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
